This section establishes the rules, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to the services offered by Newsymphonics, a consulting firm specialized in harmonizing financial structures and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Newsymphonics offers courses and consulting on integrating capital flows, auditing operational synergies, and balanced growth strategies. Services are provided strictly based on a written contract signed by both parties.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Newsymphonics undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to provide services with the professional diligence specific to the field.
Newsymphonics cannot be held liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of profit that do not directly result from the non-performance of contractual obligations. The total liability of Newsymphonics is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issue. In case of non-payment, Newsymphonics reserves the right to suspend services. Returns are granted only for services not fully provided, according to contractual clauses.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. Newsymphonics may immediately terminate the contract in case of a serious breach of obligations by the client, including providing false information or non-payment for services.
Newsymphonics reserves the right to modify these terms, with a 15-day prior notice. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
